BEEF

Organically raised, grass fed beef:

  • No minimum purchase amount
  • Whole- and half-cow purchases available
  • We work with you to get the cuts you want from the processor
  • Pre-packaged cuts are available by the pound at the farm


* Cuts are flash frozen and packaged at the processor.

** Manual defrost freezers are recommended for long term   storage   

HAY, HAYLAGE, & STRAW

Hay

  • Sheltered, horse quality
  • Square bales
  • Round bales, approximately 1200 lbs. 4 x 6 bales.

Haylage

  • Round bales, approximately 2000 lbs, 4 x 5 bales.

Straw, Triticale...sold out for 2023

  • A wheat/rye cross that we grow specifically for the quality of its straw. Stalks are long, making a tight bale.
  • An excellent mulch, but as we do not combine out the grain you’ll want to pull whatever germinates.
  • An excellent green manure crop.
  • Square Bales
  • Round Bales


We usually harvest our straw in June, timing is weather dependent. We start our waiting list in April.

Breeding Stock

  • Angus-Simmental heifers
  • Bred, born and raised on farm
  • 100% grass-fed as were their mothers
  • Raised on organic pastures
  • Calm and used to people


PRODUCE

We grow and sell a variety of seasonal produce, including:  

  • Heirloom Pie Pumpkins
  • Chestnuts
  • Squash


We also offer the following herbs year-round:

  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Bay Leaves
  • Oregano
